Each client works directly with me. I lead the work, own the outputs, and show up for every call. Where specialist partners are needed—accounting, legal, tax—they’re brought in. The strategic financial work is mine.

The sprint fee applies in full toward the first retainer month if you continue to a retainer within 30 days.

The operator who has done it.

I’m Garrett Stanley. I’ve spent my career at the intersection of revenue, finance, and operations, building the infrastructure that lets companies grow with clarity instead of guessing.

The last several years have been spent as CRO and acting CFO at a SaaS company, growing sales from near zero while building the financial infrastructure from scratch.

Before that: three years as a primary revenue operator at a cybersecurity firm, growing the business 30% annually, then COO at a second company where I restructured unit economics and positioned our operations to win a $5 million state contract. Prior to that, I spent several years advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals on wealth strategy.

Most advisors have held one seat. The CRO side or the CFO side, but rarely both at the same time, inside a real company, on a real timeline. That’s the practical difference Sightline brings to an engagement.
